What is Breathwork?

Put simply, breathwork is awareness of your breath movement, and taking conscious control of that

It offers you improvement to the efficient and effective functioning of your body, an awareness of self, and nervous system regulation!

Breath Function, Assessment, and Optimization

  • Explore the capacity for your body to breath comfortably and naturally

Transformational Breath

  • Allow your breath to shift patterns and habits that may no longer serve you, but have been conditioned

  • Completing emotional cycles, that were left unfinished, during times of overwhelm

Breathwork Offerings

  • Breathflow

    A 1:1 or private group session, tailored for you

    Explore fully guided functional breathing, upregulating and/or down regulating techniques

    Exploring breath mechanics, HRV, and nervous system regulation

    All are welcome

  • Transformational Breathwork

    1:1 or small private group

    90 minute session

    An opportunity for your nervous system to explore unfinished cycles, and process experiences that maybe had been to much at the time; by tapping into the innate healing ability of your body. Followed by integration and deep rest

    This practice may include conscious connected breathwork, somatic movement, supportive bodywork, and stillness

  • Community Breathflow

    A bi-monthly 45 minute free offering

    Fully guided exploration of functional breath, upregulating and downregulating pattern breathing.

    All are welcome
