    Being guided through precise and controlled movement, you’re able to explore strength, length, control, and stability

  • Breathwork is most simply, taking conscious control of your inhale and exhale

    It offers the opportunity to find presence, foster calm & deep rest, or energise

    It also allows for exploration of your nervous system, default patterns, and the opportunity to rewire these habits

  • Yoga, (yuj or yoke, in Sanskrit)

    Explore movement, breath, and stillness, as you move towards unity within your body, breath, and mind; finding a place for meditation
